Total Hours Interviewed: 1 Interview Comments: The position was actually at IBT not State Street, but IBT was bought by State Street, so it seemed proper to write about them here. The interview process wasn't terribly complicated. I chatted with my future manager for about an hour about all things Java, after which followed an HR interview. Simple enough. Mostly questions about my school experience, Java, etc. No really hard technical questions. Just had a nice chat over coffee. The HR interview is pretty straightforward as well. Was asked the basic questions about how well I work in groups, how I problem solve, etc. Again, nothing to stress out about. Just relax. Everyone was very nice and professional. |
