Interview Comments:
Interview with the program director during my on-campus interview. Consisted of only behavioral questions. Second round was at the citigroup office. Two technical interviews with two developers each. Final interview was with program manager and focused more on behavior questions. Overall a very professional and smooth interview process. Was asked to rank myself on various software technologies. Questions involved basic C/C++ pointer usage, memory allocation/deallocation, pitfalls. Java questions involved identification of bugs, threadsafe programming, basic OOP Unix questions involved fundamental usage/commands. They are not looking for experts in any single technology, but having a good Java foundation is helpful. The role requires for plenty of Java development but exposure to C/C++ is also a nice addition. Nice people, great advanced program (CAPP is well known in and out of Citi).
