Total Hours Interviewed: 5 Interview Comments: First there was a small technical interview on the phone; then went in for the 'in-house' interview. multiple interviewers, about 45 minutes each. Very nice and friendly; very professional. Much of the interview was to get to know each other and compare personalities with the company; to see if we could click or no. Nothing too technical; just learn some of your key words from the software engineering book and you should be marvel :) Most of the questions were based on past experience -- projects worked on, internships, etc. Be confident and professional. They're very nice people and as long as you've somewhat of an idea on what you're talking about, you should be fine. |
