Interview Comments:
I only needed to pass a phone screen, and I got no real technical questions, although some questions regarding resume topics as per usual. I think the only thing they were looking for was someone familiar with UNIX, C++ and a text editor, not a development IDE. Know how to use at least emacs or vi.

Compensation Comments:
They pay quite generously, and give raises by both merit and experience, apparently. Interns are paid well, that's for sure. They pay you to go to grad school if you're interested, and give very competitive time off. I don't know about the benefits package firsthand though, this is all through HR and the other employees.

Work Environment Comments:
It's definitely a pick-your-own-hours type of place, but you're obviously expected to get your work done. You may have to pull long weeks, but that's balanced by slow weeks. The people are all extremely competent, and good company too.
